This is my favorite Starbucks in the city. It's roomy, conveniently located, and the employees are great. I wish it weren't quite so busy but you can't exactly fault them for being successful!

So far my favorite Starbucks in the city! Plenty of room to do some school work and the drink service is quick!

This Starbucks is a great one. All of the baristas are friendly, courteous, and get to know you. It's definitely a neighborhood and fun Starbucks to spend some time at. It is also probably the biggest Starbucks in the metro area. There are a couple close in size but I think this one wins. It is located right next to Chesapeake and Nichols hills, so this does mean that it is often packed and at peak hours when all of the runners and young professionals and other daily meeting Starbucks groups come together for what seems like daily meetings. Otherwise it is pretty chill on off hours. Solid coffee, good place to study and read, good people.

I like this little Starbucks in Nichols Hills Plaza. I think the best staff from all over the city ends up here eventually. And why wouldn't they? No drive thru dinging constantly in their ears, no regularly-scheduled Nazarene youth group meeting daily, taking up three tables. No, just an upscale clientele, with probably the highest per capita readership of the the New York Times of any Starbucks in OKC. Sounds lovely. But most importantly to us: they always get your coffee order right. And really, is there anything else you need from Starbucks? I think not. Just a triple grande soy latte with one pump of vanilla, delivered by a kindly and capable barista. Disco!

When the economy took a dump a few years ago, Starbucks whacked pretty much every Starbucks between my house and the 11 miles to my office. This is now my go-to Starbucks since the mass exodus. The staff here are always very quick and friendly. I've never had an issue with my order being screwed up. Luckily, when I go in the morning most of the hipsters are still sleeping off their hangovers from the previous night so its just me and those of us with real jobs. Venti bold coffee and a scone. I'm a simple guy when it comes to coffee.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The staff is always more friendly than any other location I have been to. The atmosphere here is casual and fun. Great Barista service!

Everybody likes Starbucks. The Sbux in Nichols Hills is the Chateau Marmont of OKC. Everybody who is anybody is getting coffee there, hanging out waiting to notice or be noticed. I get my hair cut in that center and will pop in if I'm in the mood for coffee. It's always packed, and I always see someone I know. So, the coffee is the same as the rest, the ambiance and the people put this shop above the norm.

This is our favorite Starbucks in Oklahoma! The baristas are top shelf, and the clientele is fascinating to see and visit with. No drive-through gives it even more of a neighborhood vibe. Hard to find a parking space during the weekdays. Saturday mornings are very brisk. The patio is always in use--just wish they'd disallow smoking altogether out there though.

Great service but the place needs to work on the customers' area. Their trash cans are literally overflowing every time. The tables are dirty as well.

I have been to this location a number of times over the past year. Each time the partners are not inviting nor engaging. Their passion is not connecting with customers and creating a third place experience. I would recommend this store focused on customer service. Well, and beverage quality. I mean come on pulling the espresso shots right into the plastic cup? Those are not standards, it has a chance to melt the plastic. They have a lot of potential just not a great experience.

What, no review for Starbucks Nichols Hills?! As a proud barista and shift, it was my pleasure to be a part of the Starbucks company and Nichols Hills community. The staff was fun and colorful (at least when I was there) and they genuinely want to get to know you. The clientele is varied - you may see Megan Mullally, Wayne Coyne or your local representative grabbing a mocha - and there's always something going on. Sure, there are other Sbux in OKC, but this is the first and the coolest. A great place to meet after church or for a meeting. Just don't show up five minutes before close and order something obnoxious... This is for you: Mike, Catherine, Jeri, Dulce, Kara, Andy and the whole gang! XOXO

Paige is awesome. They helped me figure out what I wanted in a frappucino by adding different things. Can't say enough good things about this location

My earlier caveat has apparently been remedied. Either through attrition or through natural selection, my Macchiato & smooth jazz relaxation time has been restored!

I've started volunteering at the OK Humane Society more often, so this location is a super convenient stop for me on the way to the adoption center, and I've grown to love it. This is honestly probably one of the quickest, most efficient Starbucks I've frequented. The staff is always nice, and I really usually don't run into much of a line here at all, but even when I do, I'm still in and out in a few minutes.

coffee is hot, staff is friendly and the lack of a drive thru is a plus. Next door to a great lunch spot. Traffic is not great but typical of a successful location.

I promise I always run into someone I know or someone famous at this Starbucks. My wife doesn't think much of my coffee snobbery and local shop loyalties (I'm a Coffee Slingers fan), but I'd consider this Nichols Hills location my neighborhood Starbucks.
